Ingredients for 2 servings:

One 10-cm piece of fresh ginger.
1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice.


In a small saucepan over medium heat bring to a boil 2.5 cups of water, mixed with honey, cinnamon stick and cardamom. Remove from heat and stir in the mint, cayenne pepper and salt. Allow to cool to room temperature and then cooled. Discard the cinnamon stick, cardamom and mint.

The juice of fennel and apple

Ingredients approximately 120 mL juice:

1 large onion, fennel, cut into 4 pieces.
1 medium apple, cut into 4 pieces.


Fill a large measuring cup with ice and place it over the nose juicer. Squeeze the juice of fennel and apple. Strain the juice and serve immediately.

The juice of melon, pineapple and ginger

Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 cups sliced ??melon.
2 cups chopped pineapple.
5 cm piece of fresh ginger.
1/2 lime.

The juice from beet, apple, carrot and orange

Ingredients for about 240 ml of juice:

1 medium beet, peeled and cut into 4 pieces.
1 large Granny Smith apple, cut into 4 pieces.
1 medium carrot, cut.
1 medium orange, peel.
One 10-cm piece of fresh ginger.
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt fine grinding.


In an electric juicer to squeeze juice from beet, apple, carrot, orange and ginger. Add salt and put into the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.

The juice of carrots and pears

Ingredients for 2 servings:

450 g carrots, peel and grate on a grater with large holes.
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut.
2 tablespoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger.
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice.
1 tablespoon unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
1/2 tsp coarse salt.
Ice supply.


In a blender mix all ingredients except ice with 1/2 cup of water and pyurirovat until smooth. Strain the juice through a sieve, pressing the pieces of fruit and vegetables. Serve with ice.
