Vitamin Express Diet: minus 2-4 kilos!

This diet not only promotes weight loss of 2-4 kg, but also nourishes the body with vitamins. Diet designed for 3 days. In the first two days diet is not difficult. On the last day - the maximum discharge.

1st day

Breakfast:

- Mandarins - 3-4 pcs .;
- Apple - 1 pc .;
- Peach juice with pulp - 250 ml.

Lunch:

- Steamed buckwheat bran - 100 g;
- Salad of grated carrots with chopped pistachios - 150g;
- Apples - 2 pcs .;
- Prune juice or apricot with pulp - 200 ml.

Snack: kiwi - 2 pcs.

Dinner:

- Bran bread - 1-2 slices;
- Salad of boiled grated beet, carrot, garlic and greens, seasoned with lemon juice - 150 g;
- Pumpkin juice with pulp - 250 ml.

Before going to bed: apple juice with pulp - 100 ml.

Day 2

Breakfast:

- Dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes) - 50 g;
- Orange - 1 pc .;
- Black coffee without sugar - 250 ml;
- Carrot juice with pulp - 100 ml.

Lunch:

- Bran buckwheat with sesame steamed - 100 g;
- Broccoli, steamed - 100 g;
- Apples - 2 pcs .;
- Salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and greens - 100 g;
- Peach juice with pulp - 200 ml.

Snack: grapefruit - 1 pc.

Dinner:

- A salad of fresh cabbage, carrots and greens, seasoned with lemon juice - 100 g;
- Zucchini, steamed and sprinkled with garlic and herbs, - 150 g;
- Cherries - 50 g;
- Yogurt - 200 ml.

Before going to bed: dried plums - 3-6 pcs.

Day 3

Breakfast:

- Green Tea - 200 ml.

Lunch:

- Grapefruit - 1 pc.
