Diet to reduce the stomach - the first results within a week!

Diet, aimed at reducing the volume of the abdomen and sides, provides for reducing the number of calories to 1500 a day. It should be excluded from the diet sauces industrial production, sugary sodas, fast food, bread from wheat flour, cakes, sweets, meats, alcohol, frozen foods and other harmful products.

The diet should be as much as possible to enrich the fiber. Meals should be a fraction - at least 4 times a day.

In between meals you can drink tea, water, juice. Preference should be given boiled and braised dishes, fried foods from the diet should be deleted. One day a week - fasting (only apples, grapefruit and mineral water without gas).
