Simple diet at discharge breakfast

Here it is the safest way to lose weight after the holidays!

Replace your usual breakfast, a cocktail with bran and prunes. A month later, you will become slimmer by 5 kg.

Ingredients:

- 100 g kefir 1% fat;
- 2 tablespoons of bran crumbly;
- 1 tablespoon flax meal;
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder;
- 5-7 pieces of prunes.

Preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over prunes in a small tank and let the steam out.

2. Pour into a glass of yogurt and add the 2 tablespoons of bran.

3. Add a tablespoon of flax meal and a tea spoon of cocoa powder.

6. Grind the prunes in a blender, add to mixture and mix kefir.
