You will need:

100 ml of chilled sparkling wine;
15 ml gin;
2 tangerines (pre-cooled);
10 ml sugar syrup (if not sweet tangerines, add the syrup, if sparkling sweet or semi-sweet, the syrup is not needed).

How to prepare:

Squeeze the juice from tangerines, add all the remaining ingredients and mix in a glass flyute.

You will need:

150 ml of yogurt;
dill;
50 g cucumber without skin;
1 tablespoon olive oil;
A pinch of salt;
A pinch of black pepper.

How to prepare:
